A full design and build refurbishment and extension of a detached Victorian house in Abbeville Village.

The brief was to modernise the ground floor for family living while retaining the character and proportions of the original building.

A new rear extension, framed with slimline glazing, opens the kitchen and reception spaces to the garden, creating an open and light-filled plan suited to day-to-day use and entertaining. Period features and original detailing were restored and paired with new joinery, finishes and lighting to create a calm and cohesive interior.
