Ross Malone

Ross Malone has been running design and building companies since 2012 after working in property development since the early 2000’s. He has completed over 200 projects and has won several awards for his work. Ross is a former board member of the Federation of Master Builders. He is also a Director of RIBA chartered practice and sister company, Malone + Pike Architects.

Kris Tombinski Robb

Kris Tombinksi Robb joined the team in 2020 and has been working in high-end property development management in London since 2016. During that time, he has completed over 150 projects. Kris studied Architecture in Vienna, qualifying in 2011, and then remained there for a further 5 years gaining hands-on experience in site and project management.

Richard Hull

Richard Hull joined the team in 2020 as a project manager and has proved himself to be a much loved and vital part of the team. He is a diligent and dependable project manager with an eye for interior design.

Head Architect

Carl Pike

Carl Pike is an ARB Architect and has been working with Ross Malone since 2017. Carl is also the joint founder of the sister company Malone + Pike Architects. He has a 98.8% planning success rate, specialising in residential planning in the London Boroughs.

Lydia Green

Lydia Green joined the team as Social Media Marketing Manager in 2026 after graduating from Newcastle University. Lydia brings previous experience in social media marketing, digital content creation and web design.
