Former recording studios converted into two warehouse-style flats.

The brief was to retain the industrial character of the building and work with as much of the original fabric as possible. Exposed brick, steel windows and concrete floors were cleaned, repaired and celebrated rather than replaced.

Layered lighting, bespoke joinery and minimal interventions ensured a raw but highly liveable finish. The result is an example of how adaptive reuse can outperform new build on charm, sustainability and commercial appeal.
