Ground floor extension, loft conversion and pod extension to a Victorian terrace for a private client. The project was carried out as part of a strategic move out of London, with the house retained for use as a furnished holiday rental.

The brief focussed on creating a durable, versatile and inviting interior that could work for families and short-term stays. Improved natural light, generous kitchen dining space and upgraded bathrooms resulted in a significant uplift in both liveability and rental potential.
