Donne Place – SW3

Façade redesign, rear extension & full refurb

Nestled in a quiet corner of Knightsbridge, Donne Place required a careful balance of refined luxury and architectural sensitivity. Over eight months, and with a budget of around £200,000, we carried out a full internal refurbishment, added a discreet rear extension, and reconfigured the front façade to better align with the building’s Georgian heritage.

The façade was transformed into a balanced two-window composition, a subtle yet impactful change that enhances the property’s street presence. At the rear, a frameless glass extension was introduced, drawing natural light into the kitchen while maintaining clean sightlines. Inside, the interiors were elevated with marble bathrooms, bespoke cabinetry, and a level of finish that evokes a boutique hotel.

This project is a study in understated luxury, where architectural clarity meets handcrafted detail. It’s a home that feels timeless, elegant, and perfectly at ease in its prestigious London setting.
