What began as a modest Victorian terrace on Dorothy Road has been transformed into a light-filled, characterful family home. With a five-month timeline and a budget of approximately £150,000, we delivered a full internal refresh and a distinctive loft conversion that adds both personality and value.

The loft conversion is a standout feature, with a vaulted bedroom that celebrates exposed brickwork and sharp contrasts. White structural ribs and warm timber accents give the space a distinctly urban edge, creating a retreat that feels both bold and inviting. Downstairs, the interiors take on a softer tone, with pastel-toned plaster walls, open shelving, and custom joinery that create a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere.

This project is proof that great design doesn’t have to shout—it simply needs to work beautifully. Dorothy Road is now a home that balances practicality with personality, offering a fresh take on modern family living.
