A comprehensive refurbishment and extension of a large, untouched Victorian house on the Heaver Estate.

The project opened up the ground floor with a new rear extension, creating a bright kitchen and dining space with improved connection to the garden.

Internally the layout was reworked to suit modern family living, with new bathrooms, upgraded services, bespoke joinery and a full decorative overhaul throughout. Original period features were carefully restored and set against a muted, contemporary palette.
