Hillier Road, SW11, Between the commons
A reworking of the ground and basement floors of a Victorian terrace to create a more generous sequence of living and entertaining spaces.
The existing plan was opened up and rationalised, allowing the kitchen, dining and reception areas to flow together with improved light and connection to the garden.
At the centre of the scheme is a bespoke bar and display unit, forming a social focal point within the open-plan layout and anchoring the informal reception room. Works also included basement alterations, updated services and bathrooms, new joinery and finishes throughout.
