A full design and build transformation of a Victorian house between the commons, including a rear extension, loft conversion and complete internal refurbishment.

The new arched rear elevation — framed in slimline glazing and brickwork — forms the focal point of the project, opening the living spaces to the garden and flooding the interiors with natural light. Internally, rooms were reconfigured for modern family living, with bespoke joinery, new bathrooms, and upgraded services throughout.

Designed, constructed and finished by Bloom as a turnkey project. On completion, the house attracted a bidding war and went on to achieve the highest price per square foot in the postcode at sale.
