This Tooting home needed to reflect the energy and personality of its growing family, so we brought in colour, craft, and daylight in equal measure. Over six months, and with a budget of approximately £300,000, we delivered a full rear extension and a vibrant interiors overhaul that combines playful character with practical design.
The new kitchen and living spaces are a celebration of colour and texture, featuring zellige tiles, powder-blue Crittall doors, and cabinetry drenched in bold, joyful hues. A newly added oriel window creates a cosy, garden-facing reading nook that’s as architectural as it is inviting.
From the layout to the materials, every detail was designed to feel lively yet liveable, making this home a perfect example of how family renovations in SW17 can be anything but ordinary. It’s a space that balances functionality with fun, creating a home that’s as practical as it is full of personality.
