Ground floor extension, first floor extension and loft conversion to a double-fronted Victorian terrace in Herne Hill for a private client, delivered alongside a full-house refurbishment.

The project opened up the ground floor for family living and dining, added new bedrooms and bathrooms above, and introduced a more generous connection to the garden. Bespoke joinery, careful detailing and material choices emphasised quality without excess.
