Loft conversion with new third-floor extension and roof terrace to a Victorian flat in Between the Commons.

The works created an entirely new living level with open-plan kitchen and dining space, additional bedroom and bathroom, and a generous roof terrace overlooking the tree canopy.

Internally the focus was on light and volume, re-planning circulation to make the most of the new floorplate and allow the terrace to function as an outdoor room during the summer months. Bespoke joinery, new glazing, services upgrades and full redecoration were carried out throughout the property.
